But tomorrow my plan is:
Breakfast: A berry smoothie.
Snack: Special k.
Lunch: Whole Wheat Pasta with pamesan and lemon
Dinner: unsure
Two sessions of 30 day shred.
An hour walk.
A run if its not raining.
I feel gross.
Earlier i was a bit hungry but i get far too absorbed in my revision to bother to eat
Then there was a prelash in the kitchen and i dont like looking fat getting food infront of all my friends
So i know i shouldn’t have waited till 9/10ish but i finally got over that 800 calorie mark joys of eating fruit veg all day i guess so i made an egg sandwich. 1 egg and 2 slices of wheat bread.
And now im insanely full i should actually sleep in till crikey knows when in the morning! Hurrah!
this is literally how i want to look eventually! i want my hair to get longer, okay not that long but a couple of inchs shorter than that.
Tanned.
Skinny.
Im currently somewhere between 3/4 but i feel like 6/7 alot of the time but i want to be a 2. Infact her figure is sensational!
