Ask me anything   This is my weight loss diary in some sort of way, i want to feel bound to completion so nothing will make me stop.
Height: 5ft 7.5inch
CW: 176lbs but i am currently on my period so i'll see what it says next week!
1GW:169lbs- new work out clothes
2GW:160lbs- new shorts
3GW:150lbs- new dress
4GW:140lbs- get terribly excited.
UGW:119ish- new me.

I hope this works. I am going to run so hard and eat so healthily and avoid alcohol so much. Loseit.com says i can do it by September. So watch me go.

I keep forgetting to update this and putting it on my main tumblr.

But tomorrow my plan is:

Breakfast: A berry smoothie. 

Snack: Special k. 

Lunch: Whole Wheat Pasta with pamesan and lemon

Dinner: unsure

Two sessions of 30 day shred.

An hour walk.

A run if its not raining.

I feel gross.

Phew i finally met my 1,200 calorie intake.

Earlier i was a bit hungry but i get far too absorbed in my revision to bother to eat 

Then there was a prelash in the kitchen and i dont like looking fat getting food infront of all my friends 

So i know i shouldn’t have waited till 9/10ish but i finally got over that 800 calorie mark joys of eating fruit veg all day i guess so i made an egg sandwich. 1 egg and 2 slices of wheat bread. 

And now im insanely full i should actually sleep in till crikey knows when in the morning! Hurrah!

Im currently somewhere between 3/4  but i feel like 6/7 alot of the time but i want to be a 2. Infact her figure is sensational!

I cant really see me sticking to 1200 calories today i have the period from hell and the hunger of a lion..

But so far im filling up on healthy food:

  1. non-fat Greek yoghurt (114kcal)
  2. Small Apple (77kcal)
  3. Special K Bar (88kcal)

Breakfast: 279 kcal

  1. 3 Ryvita (78kcal)
  2. Low Fat hummus: (23kcal)
  3. Lettuce: (15kcal)
  4. Tomatoes: (44kcal)
  5. Feta (105kcal)
  6. Carrots: (13kcal)
  7. Honey mustard dressing: (40kcal)

Lunch: 318kcal 

597kcal total

603 calories left for the day.
